If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Autism Toys Org (ATO) offers replacement or full refund of purchase price, if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer.
Please call us at +254 715045128 to discuss the problem you have with the product and initiate the return. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and must be accompanied by your invoice. We can only refund shipping charges if the return is the result of our error. If you receive an item that is damaged in shipment or that is defective, please notify ATO immediately at +254 715045128 or support@autismtoys.org for instructions on handling its return. A replacement will be sent or credit issued as soon as the item is returned.

Autism Toys Org (ATO) sells only genuine products of the manufacturers it represents. The brand names and trade names are the property of each manufacturer. Each manufacturer includes its own warranty or guarantee for each item. Manufacturer’s information can be found on the manufacturer’s website or on the warranty or guarantee paperwork that may be included with the product. When you receive your order, please read these carefully as warranties may be limited by time or valid only under certain conditions. ATO also offers its own 30 day guarantee. You may return your item for a refund or exchange, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. We can only refund shipping charges if the return is the result of our error.
